1. Registration and Fees •All students must complete the registration process before attending classes. •Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected package or course plan. •Gyaana4all reserves the right to revise fee structures at any time with prior notice. 2. Attendance and Make-up Classes •Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistent learning. •Missed classes will not be rescheduled unless under special circumstances and subject to availability. •Make-up classes, if offered, are at the discretion of the management. 3. Conduct and Discipline •Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students. •The academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student for misconduct or disruptive behavior without refund. 4. Safety and Liability •Gyaana4all ensures a safe and supportive environment for all students. •However, the academy is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during class hours or events. 5. Class Materials and Equipment •Students are responsible for bringing their own materials, unless otherwise informed. •Any equipment provided by the academy must be handled with care. Damages caused by negligence may be chargeable. 6. Schedule and Course Changes •The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or course content as needed. •Any major changes will be communicated in advance via official channels. 7. Refund Policy •Fees once paid are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the management. •Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documents. 8. Publicity and Media Consent •By enrolling in any course at Gyaana4all Academy, you grant permission for the use of photographs and videos taken during classes, events, and performances for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and other marketing materials. •If you wish to opt out, a written request must be submitted at the time of registration. 9. Data Protection •All personal data collected during registration will be used solely for administrative, academic, and promotional purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 10. Agreement •By enrolling in Gyaana4all Academy, students and/or their guardians agree to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
